Mr. Cheong was courteous and spent time with us e Our experience in the showroom was pleasant and informative. Mr. Ken Cheong was our sales associate. Mr. Cheong was courteous and spent time with us explaining all the features of the car, took us for a test drive and even put on the football game in the other room for my "impatient" husband who was upset for missing the football game. Mr. Cheong gets high marks for his patience. Who ever "prepped" my NEW cars for picked in the service dept on the other hand I do not have high marks for. After I arrived home, was going through the manual and inspecting the car, I noticed that the battery indicator light shows that my battery is only at HALF capacity! REALLY!! this is a new car. It should have a brand new battery in it. Also there was little to NO windshield washer fluid in the receptacle. It did not work when I tried it. I had to FILL the receptacle with my own fluid. Many of the AUTOMATIC features that Mr. Cheong raved about during the demonstration did not work because they were NOT programmed (auto trunk opening, door locks etc.) which I had to read through the manual and set myself. Many items were prepped on my husband's car that were NOT prepped on mine. Makes me question Star Hyundai's service dept. More
