Bad experience with service dep I have a bad experience with service dep.I just got my car 2 months ago and since first day ia have problem with BSD system.Every time that I am drivi I have a bad experience with service dep.I just got my car 2 months ago and since first day ia have problem with BSD system.Every time that I am driving the car I have that : BSD canceled.I went to the service shop and ask to someone take a look of this.I spoke with Mike who is The Manager 'boss 'of the shop.What a joke.He simply refuse to take the car and told me that hi has to charge me for v if they don find fault of this system.Well I went there a second time and guess -the same.He refused to take a look of the car.I will escalate that to his bosses and will see what is going to be.What a luck for Star Hyunday to have people like MIKE to build reputation for the company. Car is Good, management consumer relations needs work. Salesmen was professional and part of the reason I was willing to buy a Hyundai. However when it came to the financials of purchasing the car, The Fin Salesmen was professional and part of the reason I was willing to buy a Hyundai. However when it came to the financials of purchasing the car, The Financial manager almost made me back out. First while the car is good itself the vehicle was dented and scratched which I already spoke about in a separate letter. Second, the Financial Manager made us add 500$ of the negotiated amount to receive Hyundai 0.9% Interest rate even though our credit rating was excellent. Third, the manager slighted me, leaving out important details the warranty refusing to explain and differentiate between car service and maintenance not only making me buy it on the spot saying that we could not buy it later if we leave without me being able to research it. However, the salesperson said he would not able to deal with us since he has customers now and he would pass the case to another salesperson(Tommy) if we are not going to make a deal, which is fine by me. So we went for a test drive with Tommy. And the nightmare began..... Tommy requested to communicate with us in Mandarin which is fine by me too. And he starts to ask a lot of personal questions like: where are you from? How long you have been here? And when we get back he hushed us into his office even though we clearly mentioned that we just want to test drive. Then once we got to his desk, he asked: "What color of the car you want?" And we were telling him that we were still looking because we want to compare and do budgeting. And he was like: "I know. But what color you want so I can check is that color in stock." And we were confused that why he insisted to ask that question and we told him that we are not going to buy the car today. And he was like: "I know. I wanted to ask what color you want so I can get you a cheap insurance quote." And he explained that different color would give you different insurance quote, white color will be the cheapest as it resembles ambulance. My common sense told me it is not possible but I continued to ask him about the quote because that day was the last day of summer deals according to Hyundai website. And he said it has no difference the price is set all the time so we could come back anytime we want. He also mentioned that if other dealership gives you a better price why don't you leave and go for other dealership. And I found it extremely disrespectful. I strongly recommend you all to stay away from this dealership. I have never received a nice service from star dealership. More

He is ultra professional, personable and not pushy. He removes the stigma that car salesman have to live with because of others in the field. My Sonata Limited is a great car. Only things I miss from the Honda I last owned are the side view camera which is so much better and safer than just a blind spot alert beep; as well as the ability to accept text messages and have them read to me without having to physically connect my phone to the car with a wire every time I drive. Howeve,r my Sonata has cross traffic alert and panoramic sunroof which were not offered on the Honda. More
