I was quoted one price and charged 30% more than the original price quote for the part. I spoke to Marcus by phone prior to my visit and was quoted one price ($77.00 for rear tail light). When I arrived; Marcus looked at my vehicle and NEVER mentioned a different quote; however, the next day after repair my bill was $300. I will not be returning to this service center again. I will try Northern Blvd Jeep in the future. More
