Lack of understanding I came in to get a tire pressure sensor replace & it cost $259 after they replaced it the tire sensor light stay on so i had to come back the followin I came in to get a tire pressure sensor replace & it cost $259 after they replaced it the tire sensor light stay on so i had to come back the following week to find out why the light was still on. Then was told once you replace one of these sensors the others would need to be replaced so I could have just went to pepboys or any mechanic shop for half the price. The reason I went to the manufacture dealership is because I figured they would be able to program it right so I would not see the light on after replace it...they should have better understanding when it comes to these things like knowing that once I replace one more than likely the others would need to be replaced... More

I’m so surprise that Jeep and Chrysler have him as a qualified mechanic technician to be such a rude individual that I’ve prove that what he did was wrongfully in denial to pretend to a customer that he done nothing. Following step is the PSC if this continues. More

Lousey and unprofessional service Went there for a recall. Was told they would have the part on my appointment date. Asked if they had the part when I checked in Lou said yes. I was out the door and noticed on my paperwork ( will call customer when part comes in). I went back in and asked Lou was my recall done he said no we have to order the part. I said you told me you had the part he said "What do you want me to do? The mechanic went to get the part and it wasn't there." That was it I was basically sh-t out of luck. Called and left 2 messages for Victor the service manager to discuss this and he never called me back.How would you interpret that service? More
