Tires always get rotated with oil change except here. And when it was ready, the mechanic informed me but no one was there to assist. I asked the cashier and they said I have to wait for the service person to inform her to pay. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to get to the front, I asked the cashier if she can call the front desk or manager and she plainly said “no”, they are around, you just have to wait. I will never go there. I was also the thinking of getting my 10th Wrangler, bit that was discouraging as pple there were too busy talking among theme selves or on their phone... More

Didn’t fix car My car was having engine trouble and was serviced at Star for 9 days. When the car was returned I was charged $400 and the engine light was still on. After bringing it to another dealer I learned that it needed a new engine. The car was still under warranty and the engine was installed at no charge. More

Oil Change on a Friday Service staff communicated well, Service waiting area was clean (tv kept freezing up).
