I drop my 2015 ram 1500 on thursday September 6 Darryl C Sutton took my information and Star Chrysler keped my truck for 5 days with out the phoncole, email or any sort of communication. I call him twice he wouldn’t even tell me when they would inspect my truck eventually I just took it out and I give it to my mechanic took him 4 hours to fix everything and it cost me $400.00. Only rental wire my truck was at service cost me $500 so my extended warranty is worthless More

Had appointment but still waited 2hrs I had an appointment for 8sm I arrived before 7:30 and my car was not taken in till sometime around 10. I went to pick up truck they weren't too happy because I asked for paperwork stating no attention / no work was performed, manager asked what for I stated I need to submit a copy to Chrysler to avoid warranty charges that's when he got pissed off.
