Oil changes Why does it have to take 2 & 1/2 hours for an Oil Change ? They need to have some people there only for oils changes ! Brake Senser. One sener light had been replace and they found out that they need three more. So I brought it back to have the other three put in. Blame was consistently placed on the insurers and they continued to delay the time of pick up for the car. Would not bring my car back here again. More

Took the SUV in for ABS light came on. On Monday I took a Dodge Journey in for ABS Light on and I end up getting the oil changed became it was about time. Then they told me I needed an A On Monday I took a Dodge Journey in for ABS Light on and I end up getting the oil changed became it was about time. Then they told me I needed an ABS sensor and that they would order it and do the work under the warranty. I call them on Tuesday and the part had cam in and bring the car in on Wednesday morning. I bought Journey in they took it in. About 11am they came back and told me they needed three (3) more. To day is Friday and I’m still waiting on a phone call. I guess they need more time to get approved for the rest. I will wait for there calll. PS: All the other services were excellent, just this one. More
