Great Buying Experience and Superior Service Chris L. was a pleasure to work with in finding a fine work van. I originally came in looking for a base model Caravan and we went into the negotiatio Chris L. was a pleasure to work with in finding a fine work van. I originally came in looking for a base model Caravan and we went into the negotiation process, which was very fair. Chris worked with me to get a good trade in value for my 16 year old truck! But right when we were ready to sign I changed my mind and decided to get a newer model that was fully loaded. Chris made me an excellent deal on the loaded 2016 Caravan GT, where I didnt feel bad for going over budget slightly. He got me a great value for my dollar. Also, their finnancing dept is excellent, Matt made it easy! So a month later the Caravan broke down due to transmission fluid being low. I had the van towed in to the dealer. The van was repaired in one day for no charge. Chris and the Star Dealership stand by their warranty! There was no hassle or them trying to make unnecessary mark ups. I am glad that I made my purchase with them...the van runs great and I feel even better knowing that my dealer is honorable and takes care of their customer.
