When I received the call from Ray at Star Chrysler, I set up a couple of appointments to see/test drive a Jeep Grande Cherokee Limited X, but could not keep the appointments. Ray called me back of course, but not in an annoying way, when I finally made my way into the dealership it was a very comfortable experience, all of my many questions were answered, I was offered water and popcorn and the location is only 10 minutes from my home.
