They do not stick to the promised return time/date of your vehicle, they have limited mechanics with a high level of expertise causing delays if their one skilled mechanic cannot get to your car. The rep. assigned to me (Kevin) never followed up when he said he would and I always had to initiate a follow up phone call for updates. After going to the Jeep dealership in Garden City, it is very clear the Jeep dealership in Jamaica has much room for improvement in customer service. More
