No consideration all they had to do is call me back. Didn’t return my call twice gave them time to call me. I had to drive in from my home in maspeth in a Ubber. (My case manger Brandon). And car would be ready by a certain day. It wasn’t only person thr that was descent is Terry. Also screws were left in my driver seat. Dealership had my car for an extremely long time and did not communicate well with me. When picking my car up they charged me incorrectly and I had to pay another fee since it was a credit card twice. After not communicate well with me. When picking my car up they charged me incorrectly and I had to pay another fee since it was a credit card twice. After leaving with my car my heated seat was broken and it was working before I dropped it off. Extremely disappointing. More
