The staff isn’t knowledgeable when u call on the phone. The service is good I once ur there. Service need to have more hours, Monday to Friday and last call at 2pm is worst than most banks. Banks now actually open on saturdays and some on Sunday’s. Well I say his to say I only go there when there it’s absolutely necessary as taking time off work to fix my car isn’t worth it. I bought my car in 2018 and took out the extra care now to be told it only cover certain things: my automatic stop start wasn’t working and I thought it would’ve been covered only to shell out $311 to get it fixed.
