Smooth & Easy Lease Process, Friendly & Helpful Staff This is our second Jeep Gran Cherokee we have leased from Star. Our Salesman, Brian Perez was very knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and worked hard for us to get us into a Jeep we wanted. No hard selling tactics or strong arming. I wish other sales people in the business understood this strategy leaves a poor taste in customers mouths. And most of all, No surprises or Additional fees in the Finance office! I hate went Dealers pull that one out on you. All numbers were agreed at Brian's desk and that is what we paid. We are very happy and love our new Jeep GC Upland! My one Con would be that the gas tank was NOT FULL! Unfortunately We were late for a meeting and did not have time to go back to dealer. We were disappointed with that.
