It was good. It would have been a great experience except that I didn’t even get a block away from the dealership when my gas light came on. Very good experience. So like most people I was hesitant about bringing my vehicle in for service. My 2018 Cherokee TH needed to be looked at for some noise in the front en So like most people I was hesitant about bringing my vehicle in for service. My 2018 Cherokee TH needed to be looked at for some noise in the front end and a power seat problem. I did a search for reviews on Star Jeep Chrysler and they seemed pretty good. The Service advisor named Teresa or Terry also had the best reviews. So I made an appt, dealt with Teresa and I'll tell you my experience was great. Teresa kept me updated as I was waiting for it. The tech who worked on my car , Carlos was also very good. We went for a test drive after he did some adjustments just to make sure the noise wasn't present anymore. He also went over the programming of my drivers seat with me. All in all it was a perfect experience. Thank you Terry and Carlos you now have a permanent customer. More
