Great experience!! Transparency at its best!! I am a huge fan of the Grand Cherokee and my lease was about to expire so I embarked on a journey replace it with another Jeep and after visiting seve I am a huge fan of the Grand Cherokee and my lease was about to expire so I embarked on a journey replace it with another Jeep and after visiting several dealers, this was by far the best experience. Misleading info.... incorrect expectation First visit to this location... when appt was made I was given estimated 2-3 hours completion time as long as I arrived before 8am... I was processed by 7:45, so expected vehicle to be completed by 2pm the latest! Called at noon was told would be completed by 2:30... At 4:45 I was told they NEVER worked/touched my vehicle come back tomorrow. I stated this was totally unacceptable and picked my vehicle up. What made it worse was the nonchalant demeanor I received... wonder how many others have had this unfortunate experience at this dealership. I will not return to this location, nor can I recommend it to others. More
