It could have been the results of COVID 19? Poor communication. My assigned adviser kept me with a negative mindset. I was told that my vehicle would be looked at the following day. Then he calls me and 3 hours later to tell me what they found the negative mindset. I was told that my vehicle would be looked at the following day. Then he calls me and 3 hours later to tell me what they found the problem. He then proceeded to tell me that they needed to change my ignition coils and spark plugs . He then told me my throttle body had too much dirt build up. To make the long story short. I got the car and the mechanic told me that it was only spark plug in cylinder 6 that needed to be changed. I was charged $1200.00. I was robbed. I will never go back to that location. I will no longer purchase Jeep vehicles.. More
