The customer service isn’t bad. I appreciate The staff being helpful and friendly but prices are way too high for the repairs. Walked in to just ask questions and see what my options were, I was given the opportunity to speak to Mr. Shakim Butler. Now this is a man of his word, he promised no long wait to receive my new car, he ex were, I was given the opportunity to speak to Mr. Shakim Butler. Now this is a man of his word, he promised no long wait to receive my new car, he explained all features of the car in full detail. Within 2.5 hours i was leaving the lot. The entire staff was friendly, and engaged in conversations even when Shakim had to attend to my paperwork. Great work Shakim you are indeed a man of your word.
