Days later i get a call from another person asking for me to send a pic of my VIN on the vehicle because they believe there is an issue. Sure enough, all my paperwork was done with the wrong VIN. Huge headache, Sharon, came to me to resign all new paperwork. Thinking I’m done (again) i get a text from him saying he had me sign the Title Application in the wrong place. This was handled through the mail. What should have been a straightforward purchase, short and sweet, ended up taking days. CHECK YOUR VIN TO THE VEHICLE AND THE PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN AND LEAVE!! More

Repairs A 2 hour replacement of a part turned into 2 and half days, ran our battery down for no reason and then acted like it was normal for a battery to run A 2 hour replacement of a part turned into 2 and half days, ran our battery down for no reason and then acted like it was normal for a battery to run down when the doors are open. Well maybe so but there was no known reason for the key to be on but not running and the lights on and windshield wipers on. And this is while the vehicle is in the garage part. We do know this is true because we sat there and watch him work on vehicle. For over an hour. Said lock was fixed. We tried the lock. No it was not fixed. Yes it would go up and down but not unlock. So we had to leave truck for another day. Did they apologize for running the battery down? No, wanted to act like it was no big deal. Well we are now having to buy a new one because my husband cannot take his truck to work and it sit at the dock, while he is working for a week, and not worry about trying to get jumped off or be stuck without a ride! This should not have ever happened! We won’t be coming back for service again! More

Disappointed I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM for an oil change and front end alignment. I called at 3:00 to check on it and was to I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM for an oil change and front end alignment. I called at 3:00 to check on it and was told there was another vehicle on the rack causing problems but my vehicle should be done by 5:00. I missed the call but was called at 4:52 (8 minutes before closing). This was extremely inconvenient for a service that should NEVER take all day. More
