We had an appointment at 9 am to have my AC looked at on my Tahoe. My mother picked us up so we would not have to sit and wait. (We are from Ellisville) At 12 I called to see if they had found the problem a my Tahoe. My mother picked us up so we would not have to sit and wait. (We are from Ellisville) At 12 I called to see if they had found the problem and they were just pulling my truck in to look at it 3 hours later. We purchased our vehicle from Star because we were looking for good service. We drove it from Ellisville to Wiggins for the same good service as when we purchased it. That did not happen. We are very dissatisfied and will not be back. Seems like the only time your appointment time is honored is if you actually sit and wait while they look at your vehicle. This is poor management. Very pleasant staff. Made my appointment quickly. Took my vehicle right in and finished in an appropriate length of time. 2019 silverado I feel I’m being lied to every time I call or visit.
