STAY AWAY! BAD DEALER! LIED TO ME! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! I was sold a potentially deadly dangerous vehicle. When I went to another dealership to trade it in, I BAD DEALER! LIED TO ME! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! I was sold a potentially deadly dangerous vehicle. When I went to another dealership to trade it in, I was warned that my Star vehicle was very dangerous and NOT WORTH what I paid for it! I am just waiting for my title to get rid of the lemon! I don't know how they could have sold such a BAD VEHICLE to me! I talked to Paul Johnson and he said he was "Burning up the phone" trying to call me but he LIED because I was home the entire time and my phone NEVER RANG! HE LIED! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I poured money into this car the minute I drove it! The car broke down on me and the air conditioning did NOT work! Paul said it went down to 40 degrees when it was tested, but I never heard of a car testing to that low of a temperature. He LIED! I can't wait to get rid of that car! These people are LIARS! I am so sorry I dealt with them! I can't caution you people enough! STAY AWAY FROM STAR CHEVROLET! YOU WILL BE SO SORRY! I am telling you as a good Christian person! DO NOT DEAL WITH STAR CHEVROLET! THEY ARE LIARS AND A BAD DEALERSHIP! More

Entire experience was less than enjoyable. Still having issues. Was told parts were replaced .. took to local shop and those parts are still the cause of the issue. All I’m told from salesman is it’s under warranty, but issues were brought to their attention to be addressed before I picked it up. Definitely will not recommend anyone to the dealership! More
