After viewing a 2019 Camaro online, I made an appointment to go in an see it with Hannah from the internet sales dept. She took great care of me checking to see if the car was still available which it was an to go in an see it with Hannah from the internet sales dept. I showed up and was directed to an inside salesperson and he went and got the car I wanted to purchase and brought it up to the side of the showroom. Immediately upon seeing the car I told the gentleman that this was not the car I came to look at. It had dull black rims which looked like painted rims not the 18" silver rims in the pictures on the internet. He went inside and spoke to someone and told me that this was the correct car and there was nothing he do about it. I told him that I wanted the car in the pictures and I refused to even get in it or test drive. I left and when I got out the parking lot I started to think about what happened and called back and talked to Greg the sales manger and told him what happened and that I had driven from over an hour away. He said that it was just the tires no big deal. I told him that I didn't appreciate that my time was wasted and that it was a big deal and what they were doing is called bait and switch. He said if that was the only reason i didn't want to purchase the car he could have the tires changed back. What if I had ordered this online and had it delivered to my home NOT looking like the car that was advertised in the pictures. I told him that this was bad business and how could I trust anything else they would say or do in the future if I purchased this car. I was told we have been in business over 52 years and why should we not be trusted. I've heard their advertisement on the radio and read online reviews and never expected this to happen. Maybe it is just rims but it was important to my wife so it made it important to me. VERY Disappointed More
