Forget “service after the sale”! They sold me a vehicle that never had a safety inspection before being put up for sale. It’s a FWD vehicle. Six weeks after purchase my back brakes w They sold me a vehicle that never had a safety inspection before being put up for sale. It’s a FWD vehicle. Six weeks after purchase my back brakes went out (I’d only put 1500 miles on it). The brakes were metal-on-metal! Then found out through the manufacturer dealership (different than where purchased) the vehicle was brought from Canada. The whole underside of the vehicle is rusting out! Star Chevrolet refused to do anything about the brakes so I replaced at my cost. BEWARE of this dealership! Selling people damaged vehicles at market price is not good!! Will never go here again for a vehicle. They take advantage of customers! More

Service Department is a joke ! They emailed Me a coupon for a oil change and tire rotation for 59.95 I usually don’t pay this much for an oil change but since it’s included a tire They emailed Me a coupon for a oil change and tire rotation for 59.95 I usually don’t pay this much for an oil change but since it’s included a tire rotation I made an appointment my husband took our Ford F150 to the dealership told them he had the coupon when they presented him with the bill the total was $88.55 he questioned them they did not rotate the tires because they said it did not need it when he got home I called the dealership to question them they were rude tiptoed around my questions and was no help whatsoever I asked for the number for the regional manager they said they did not have one that they were an independent franchise stay away from this dealership They also use synthetic oil which we have never put in our truck and did not ask permission to use synthetic oil More
