Clutch, timely, went in concerned, left happy Marcos - Thank you. Went in having to buy a car due to my other requiring too much repair. Referred to Doug Rote in service who suggested one option may be better than the other from mechanical perspective. (Thank you Doug, I truly do appreciate all the help you have given me) Doug's advise led Marcos to search some more. He remembered a trade in that same day that may fit the spec's but was not in the system. So Marcos called another sales rep, did some research and it was a perfect fit for my needs. Concern was then cost. Marcos met with the sales managers and I got a price that was more than fair and kept me in budget. This is the second time for car purchasing Marcos pulled through where I left totally satisfied, felt like I got a good deal and do not have buyers remorse. I stay with Star GMC because of Doug in service and Marcos in sales. I trust them which is not something most would say about a car dealership. Thank you both. Jim A More

His knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in, and through explanation of the financing process, helped me determine if I wanted to buy or lease. Having never leased a vehicle I had lots of questions and Brandon happily walked me through the whole process. He was attentive and easy to talk to and spent the afternoon walking around the lot in 90 degree heat showing me vehicles and taking test drives.
