The reason for my visit to Star Buick GMC this time was to look at a pickup truck I spotted on-line to purchase for my Son. He and I have been looking quite some time now for that "special one". I called Adam to check on availability, and he told me to come in right away, as this particular truck was special. I went to the dealership the next day and met Adam. He showed me the pickup truck and it was really a super nice 2009 GMC Canyon. It was what I was looking for but a bit to expensive for me. Adam went to bat for me, and worked with the Star Management Team consisting of Greg, John, and Keith. Not only did they give me a better price, but agreed to fix the few minor flaws I found when looking at the Canyon. As a result of the courtesy, professionalism, and true concern each of these individuals displayed, is why I chose to purchase another vehicle from Star. We looked at one we liked online and that’s how we ended up at Star Buick. We wan My husband was on the lookout for a pickup truck for about 2 months. We looked at one we liked online and that’s how we ended up at Star Buick. We wanted them to buy back our current car to lower discussed monthly payments. We were given the option to lease in order to help the payments come down. We were hesitant on leasing since we never did before. Star Buick, especially Adam, educated us throughout the entire process and made us feel confident in choosing that option. I had a set dollar amount I wanted our Hyundai Sonata bought for and they worked with us. My husband came in before me and started negotiations and when I heard what they were offering, I wanted to come in myself and discuss that our vehicle was in great condition and we should be getting more for what it is worth. They sat down with us and were willing to work with our number and we were really satisfied and left happy with our new lowered monthly payment. I think leasing is a great option and we thank Adam for his positive attitude and he did a great job working quickly and efficiently since we all know how long paperwork can take.
