This last purchase on April 24th took only 15 minutes to complete with no hassle, full disclosure of the numbers, and a sense that I could not have made this deal anywhere else but Star. The General Manager, Greg Smith met all of my expectations,, as did my Sales Associate, Pat Gruhler. What was extremely extraordinarily was that another sales associate (Dylan Gray) stopped by to talk with me as they prepared my paperwork. I have purchased over 60 new cars or trucks over the years and I have never felt so welcomed and at home as I do with Star. All I can say is that the owner of this dealership must be treating his staff extremely well to have this type of dedication to each customer and to the dealership as well.
