Adam Mihalko was our sales man and went above and beyond expectations to make the process uncomplicated and very easy going for us. This was the first time that I’ve ever been to a car dealer and never felt like I had to be cautious and leery of the whole buying experience. Dealing with Sean on the financial end was a hassle free and haggle free experience. If your looking for a new car look no further then Star Easton. Came all the way from North Jersey and we don’t regret it at all. If possible I would give Adam Sean and the staff at Star Easton 10 out of 5 stars. My wife sent an email directly to GM detailing our horrendous experience. Much to our surprise we were contacted by Chase Heller at GM. He apologized for our experience said he was going to make it right. He asked that we go to Star Buick GMC. The next day were contacted by Star Buick GMC about scheduling a visit. Upon our arrival they rolled out the red carpet and made us feel like buying a new car should feel. Our Sales Consultant Adam Mihalko was phenomenal and his knowledge of the Denali extremely impressive. He explained all the features, how use them and answered every question we had. Greg Smith the General Sales Manager had all the financing paperwork ready and ran through all the numbers with us in detail. He took the time to make sure we understood everything about the incentives, warranties and most importantly, the bottom line. Much to our surprise Chase Heller from GM showed up to greet us and make sure we were being well taken care of. A week later we scheduled an appointment to have a few acccessories installed. My experience with the service department was exceptional. While I was sitting there working in the waiting area Adam came over to say hello and see how things were going. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with how GM stepped up and sent us to the best dealership around! We recommend anyone looking to purchase a Buick or GMC to look no farther than Star Buick GMC! They got me into a newer truck than I expected with low miles, along with a lifetime power train warranty and 36 month bumper to bumper warranty all within my price range. It was a great experience too to bottom and I will refer anyone that I know in need of a new vehicle to Adam and the people a Star. More

Loyal Customer Purchased a 2018 Encore on Saturday 6/2/18, my 3rd Encore and 8th vehicle purchased at Star in 10 yrs. I was disappointed that my sales person had le Purchased a 2018 Encore on Saturday 6/2/18, my 3rd Encore and 8th vehicle purchased at Star in 10 yrs. I was disappointed that my sales person had left but was reassured by the used car manager Rob there would be a smooth transition. When I arrived Rob handed me off to Adam who knew Marco my previous salesperson and knew my purchase history. I had listed the vehicles that met the criteria that Rob had in his sales flyer, limited color and accessory choices but it was late in the season and prices looked good. Adam was great explained rebates asked us to look at other models, we did but price was important to us. Adam found additional money from our GM Card and that really helped. Based on our car's mileage and minor scratches offer was less than Rob's offer, Greg understood and made a good will adjustment to the price. Loyalty seemed to be as important to Star as it was to us. We drove 3 hrs to get to Star and we will continue to do so, thanks to the Star Team. More
