“Pull ahead” Lease to a Purchase My husband and I went to Star to do a “pull ahead” on our 2015 GMC Terrain. We saw Ryan Anderson, our awesome salesman from our lease option 3 yrs. ag My husband and I went to Star to do a “pull ahead” on our 2015 GMC Terrain. We saw Ryan Anderson, our awesome salesman from our lease option 3 yrs. ago, but learned he’s in the finance dept. now. We were introduced to Adam Mihalko, who through small talk realized we knew members of each other’s family! Adam was an awesome & honest salesman. Our plan was to drive away with an Acadia, but financially that wasn’t an option at this time. We liked our 2015 Terrain, but didn’t love it enough to want to buy it. When Adam gave us information on the 2018 Terrain, with many updates and style changes, we decided to take it for a test drive. We ended up loving it! Adam was never pushy for a sale, and worked hard along with Ryan Anderson to get us the best deal on our new 2018 GMC Terrain. We ended up purchasing this time, but both experiences were so positive, that we will definitely be going back for future car leases or purchases! If you’re in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Ryan anderson and Adam Mihalko!! More

From lease to buy, we “pulled ahead” to a new car! Checking out GMC’s “pull-ahead” program for our leased 2015 Terrain brought us back to STAR GMC. On our way into the dealership a salesman approached Checking out GMC’s “pull-ahead” program for our leased 2015 Terrain brought us back to STAR GMC. On our way into the dealership a salesman approached and asked if we needed help. After introductions and briefly talking with Ryan Anderson (Finance) we learned we had quite a bit in common! Adam and my wife and I knew quite a few of the same people, one being my brother in law. Long story short, Adam’s knowledge and options for us lead to the purchase of our new 2018 GMC TERRAIN SLE. Having liked our 2015 Terrain we were pleased with the improvements and extras the ‘18 had to offer which was a PLUS! I highly recommend Adam and Ryan and the rest of Stars staff for any future vehicles! More

Great buying experience A couple weeks ago, my wife and I lost 2 cars in a flood in Virginia. We wanted to replace them with "like vehicles". I searched the web using Auto Tr A couple weeks ago, my wife and I lost 2 cars in a flood in Virginia. We wanted to replace them with "like vehicles". I searched the web using Auto Trader and found a vehicle at Star that sounded good. I reviewed the staff feedback on line and asked to speak with Dave Patino on my initial call. What a good decision!!!!! Dave worked with me and was my set of eyes as he reviewed the vehicle which was 300+ miles away from our home. He was not pushy (which is a definite "turn off" with me); rather, I felt he was genuinely interested in my situation and helped facilitate the deal. I flew to Eaton last week and Dave went the extra step to pick me up at the airport. The car was exactly what I was looking for and Dave's description was "spot on". It was such a pleasure working with Dave through the whole process. His efforts made this a great buying experience. Thank you Dave and Star Buick. More
