Excellent Service, Excellent Prices, Excellent Deals A good friend of mine recommended we check out Star Buick/GMC for our new cars. The lease on my 4Runner was about to mature, and our Rav4 had signific A good friend of mine recommended we check out Star Buick/GMC for our new cars. The lease on my 4Runner was about to mature, and our Rav4 had significant mileage on it. I was in the market for a new pickup truck, and my wife in the market for an AWD SUV. We stopped by Ertle Subaru first to check ou the cross trek. They played the typical car dealer games: low-balled us on the trade-in value of the Rav4, and only took $500 off sticker. We politely left and they've been calling me everyday since. Here's a tip: Do the right thing the first time instead of losing 2 customers for good. I offer the same tip to Halterman's Toyota, who pulled the same crap despite us having bought several cars from them. We drove down to Star GMC/Buick and met with John Yeaw. At this point, we were only looking to trade in my wife's Rav4 for a Buick Encore. We did! And we couldn't be happier with the price, the deal, the service and the courtesy and professionalism. In fact, the deals were so good, I returned 2 days later, had them buy out my lease, and I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra Elevation package. We are thrilled with both new vehicles and cannot express our gratitude enough to John Yeaw, John Grello, and Greg Smith. If you want to avoid the car buying B.S., get a great deal (GM has some great incentives), head down there, ask for John, and drive home happy. It couldn't have been easier. Thanks guys! Wonderful Experience !!!!!! I went to Star looking for a used vehicle. I wanted to trade my wife's car and my truck. Adam welcomed us to the dealership and showed us around. I found a GMC Terrain that I was really interested in. I sat down with Adam and started talking numbers. He was very thorough with giving me all the information on the car. Star gave me a price on my trades and we sat and we went over the numbers. Turned out to be more than I was willing to pay. Adam told me to go home and think about it and call him one way or the other so he could put the car back on the lot for sale if I wasn't going to take it. He didn't pressure me at all unlike other salesmen I've dealt with over the years. I decided it was more than I wanted to spend, so I called Adam and told him I didn't want to spend this much. He asked me what I was willing to spend and I told him my limit. He said he would see what he could do for me and would call me back. He called back and gave me the good news that he worked out the numbers making it possible to for me to buy it. Adam was a man of his word as I picked the car up today. He spent over an hour with me out in the hot sun going over everything on the car to make sure I knew how use all the options before he let me leave with the car. This was the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car !!!!!!!!!!!!
