Best Car Buying Experience Ever My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle because we outgrew our Honda Odyssey minivan. We have three girls that all play ice hockey and we h My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle because we outgrew our Honda Odyssey minivan. We have three girls that all play ice hockey and we have two dogs. We needed a vehicle with third row seating and a large cargo area. We also drive about 30K mikes per year. My wife does most of the driving in this vehicle so I knew I wanted something that she felt safe in and very comfortable. Our options were an Expedition Max, Suburban, or Yukon XL. We met with Adam after test driving the first two vehicles. We knew the features that we wanted in the Yukon XL. Adam did a tremendous job explaining the differences in the vehicles and showing the advantages of the Yukon XL. He allowed us to take a vehicle home and drive it for two days to really get a feel for the vehicle and help Is make the decision on specific features. Those two days were invaluable in helping us make our decision. The vehicle we drove was a Denali with pretty much every feature available. That was also helpful because we realized certain things we liked and others that we didn’t feel necessary. Adam made us feel very comfortable and we were able to be honest about the features that we wanted in the vehicle. im sure Adam would have liked to see us buy the vehicle we drove for two days. Despite that, he didn’t pressure us to choose the specific vehicle. We explained the exact features and colors that we wanted and he located the exact vehicle to meet our needs. Once it came down to negotiating the price of the vehicle, again Adam was fair and reasonable. He worked with us and gave us a great deal. I have already told two close friends that are in the market for a new vehicle about my experience with Adam. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. Since we were calling from out of state, John provided a very thorough and detailed description of the truck and sent video to identify any minor issues undetectable in pictures. He calmed by untrusting nature by showing video of the interior of the truck and letting me hear the engine roar. Satisfied and ready to move forward, we looped his boss, Robby Edinger in the process. Robby helped to facilitate a seamless purchase process and one (1) week later we picked up our new GMC XL Denali.
