I was on my way to buying what would have been my third one but considered what had happened to me after I purchased my second one, i needed to weigh out not only what I bought in a vehicle but the loan, the extra protection packages, the salesman and yes even the dealership. My daughter drives a GMC Terrain, she merely suggested that I drive hers a couple of times before I make my decision. She also suggested that I see her sales representative and personal friend Adam Mihalko. I listened to both suggestions, test drove her car and saw her salesman a couple of times. While weighing out my car decision obviously you listen to and are impacted by what the sales representatives say, the 2018 Subaru sales experience was extremely negative versus a very positive experience at GMC. For the first time in my life I actually went into my purchase without knowing what I really wanted , letting Adam literally help in my decision making process. The outcome? I am no longer driving a vanilla vehicle, I’m driving a GMC Terrain Denali package!!! Immediately, I felt I made a great choice in not only my new vehicle but an equally important change to a wonderful, no pressure or problem sales person and dealership.
