I called up Robbie and said that he was interesting in my truck and gave me a great trade in value. Helped me out with all the parts I needed to get the truck ready to trade in and what not. The professional consultant Adam " hawk" Mihalko was legendary. Literally the most down to earth and understands everything that I wanted towards the truck I wanted. Lastly, Ryan in the finance department was very straight forward and helped me out finding a better loan through a bank. All in all, this place gets 5 stars and would definitely reccomend anyone in the area to come check this place out. More

My story When I retire I'm planning on going full-time rving and needed a tow vehicle. Went to the local Ford dealer to trade my F-150 in Ford F-350 that would When I retire I'm planning on going full-time rving and needed a tow vehicle. Went to the local Ford dealer to trade my F-150 in Ford F-350 that would tow a toy hauler. Was looking for a dually diesel long bed. Was influenced by the salesman to take one off the lot which was single rear wheel gas short bed. I was also told that this will haul anything I wanted to tow. Found out later that it was based on the empty weight of both vehicles and not fully loaded. This would have overloaded the truck. My son-in-law Jr. suggested I talk to Hawk at Star Buick GMC. I did. And along with Robbie, Ryan and Greg, they put me into the right vehicle that I needed. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali dually diesel. All were extremely helpful and made the process quick and painless. Without them I was looking at cancelling my plans to go full-time RV'ing when I retired. More

At the direction of a mechanic friend, I was told to stop at a dealer and ask the parts department for pricing on lights. I happened to be in the area and saw Star GMC so I stopped. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Justin. He listened to what was wrong with my car, took the time to look everything up, and sold me the parts I needed. My intention was to merely get a quote (which I thought was going to be crazy expensive) instead I left with the parts I needed- at a much lower cost than I had anticipated and was able to get my car fixed quickly. When I needed new tires for my car I remembered how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable Justin was so I contacted him. He took my information and after doing some research, he called me with my options. He had the right tire for my needs and at the best price. Months later, when I started thinking about trading my car in, I remembered the excellent customer service I received from Justin and the friendly staff at Star and went there to test drive. I ended up leaving that day with a new car and the comfort of knowing that if I were to ever need anything in the future I would be taken care of. I can’t express how thankful I am that I stopped at Star that first day. I left with so much more than lights. More
