Monday morning Hawk called me to ask what I thought. I picked a totally different AT4 than I was thinking about, but Hawk said he would check into it and 15 minutes later I bought it over the phone. Excellent customer service We were unsure of what type of GMC vehicle to purchase when we arrived at Star but had a Yukon in mind. Hawk, who was referred to us by a work friend, We were unsure of what type of GMC vehicle to purchase when we arrived at Star but had a Yukon in mind. Hawk, who was referred to us by a work friend, took us out for a road test, answered questions and followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure we were satisfied with everything we had discussed. After thinking overnight about the Yukon, we realized the size of the vehicle was not what we currently wanted. We were interested in seeing the Acadia Denali and Hawk immediately set us up with a test drive and answered all questions. We agreed on purchasing the Acadia and the process to compete all transactions was smooth and done in a timely manner. He went through all paperwork, explained the specifics of the car and had us set up our online accounts for the vehicle. All people involved at the dealership were very respectful and answered questions throughout the process.
