We were in an accident which totalled our lovely Lacrosse. We came to Star as this is where our Lacrosse was purchased. We met Mark originally and discussed purchasing another Lacrosse. Ben was a bit nervous but answered all our questions, took us out in the new Lacrosse which was great and we discussed prices. The new Lacrosse was a bit more than we wanted to spend and Ben tried hard to get us a good deal. However, I had seen a Regal in the showroom and asked if we could go for a test drive in a Regal. Ben immediately found us a 2011 Regal and we took a ride. We were impressed with all the features and also the price as we got a discount for the it being a demo with 3,000 miles on it. We then settled the purchase and are still pleased with this car. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and had a great sense of humour. We enjoyed our experience with Star again and would ask for Ben to help us with any new purchase in the future. More
