I felt like it was old home week and I was greeted by Kyle, then passed along to Ben for the remainder of the transaction. Ben proved to be prepared, knowledgable and precise in the way he kept the process moving along while being friendly, relaxed and answering all my questions along the way. Ben truly showed that he enjoys his work and made us comfortable in believing that we received great value and continued support. This is our second car in 2 months. We love our Terrain so here we are buying another one. Our salesman experience was great the first time with Marcos that we only wanted to deal with him again. I was slightly disappointed in the pricing and the quality of work as it related to my trade. Initially, the sales team gave me an estimate of $6,000-7,000 based on its condition. When the final numbers were being discussed the trade was set at $6,000. I took that as unacceptable and immediately called a person (local used car dealer) that might be interested in buying my vehicle since he had serviced and where I had originally purchased the vehicle. He gave me a price that he would buy it for $7,000-7,500. I went back to Jim and explained what he said. Jim went back to the sales team with the possibility of me selling it to someone else. All of a sudden, the used car dealer and Jim's manager (Jeff Fischl) are now outside surveying my trade vehicle and discussing it--much to my wonderment: why now? Where was this interest before? I felt like I was being slighted for the true value of my trade with their original offer ($6,000) and now because of my phone call it was being truly evaluated. After their renewed synopsis of the vehicle, Jim brought back a figure of $7,200. Again, in the back of my mind was: why wasn't this the original offer? Overall, the pricing would have been 'great' had they derived or shown a vested interest in its true value. Coming out of this experience, I would be very cautious to anyone looking to trade their vehicle at this dealership based on this experience. More

She was very helpful,courteous and positive that the dealership could meet our needs. I finally made an appointment at Star Buick. My husband and I were introduced to a car salesmen, Marcos Nascimento.He exceeded our expectations.At no time did we feel any car pressure. Marcos was knowledgeable, answered our questions truthfully and delivered a car which met our needs at a fair price.Marcos was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. I left the dealership two days later in a new car and a monthly payment lower than what I had been paying. So impressed with the outcome, I went back a few days later and leased another car; a lower monthly payment and completely happy. Marcos was at all times professional; received no statements like "what can we do to put you in this car today." since I had bought a used car from Star 2 1/2 years ago I was familiar with their setup.(service, etc) Since one of the cars (1st) was for my wife, it was her choice as to the color, etc. I was able to take the car home; wife drove it and was delighted with it. Have already recommended this dealership to several friends as well as things they need to look at with the new Buick Verano. More
