GMC Terrain / Marcos is Great! I was referred by a co-worker/friend to contact Marcos at Star GMC as I was in the market for the same GMC Terrain model she had recently lease purcha I was referred by a co-worker/friend to contact Marcos at Star GMC as I was in the market for the same GMC Terrain model she had recently lease purchaed from Marcos a few weeks earlier. Marcos was away on vacation when I was test driving some other models but assured me he would help me when he returned and he always kept me informed what was available even while on his vacation. When he returned he was able to show me the 6cyl model I was looking for which was in high demand. I test drove it and liked it and we were able to agree on a fai price on a solid vehicle with many nice options! I ttoally felt comfortbale with Marcos and he was very pleasant and listened to me and ansewered all my questions. He is very patient and not a high pressure salesperson, quite the opposite actually! From the moment we walked in the door and we were greeted with a smile from the receptionist to all the "above and beyond"customer service we received from Marcos as well as the owner to the close of the sale with the manager, we could not have asked for more and we will be without a doubt be returning to purchase all of our vehicles from star GMC as well as the continued referrals to not just the dealership but to Marcos specifically. Great Family Experience! My husband and I started looking for a new car almost 2 years ago. Since we already owned a GMC and read good reviews about the Acadia we went to Star My husband and I started looking for a new car almost 2 years ago. Since we already owned a GMC and read good reviews about the Acadia we went to Star to take a closer look. There we met Marcos Nascimento. Since we were just starting our search we had many questions. Each one was answered honestly and with great patients. Technical questions that my husband asked, Marcos would find out and call us back. Each time with no pressure and just genuine caring. 6 months went by when I decided to go for a test drive. I brought my 3 children and no husband to the dealership. The look of horror/fear on some of the salesmens faces was understandable since our girls were under the age of 9. Marcos came out with a smile on his face and took the 4 of us for a Saturday test drive. He even answered some of the silly questions the girls had to ask with patients. My girls came to truly like Marcos and that was one of the many decision in sticking with Star GMC. Well, finally this March Marcos found the perfect car with all my wants and needs. The financing was so smooth and hassle free that I truly wondered if we were buying a 40,000.00 car. The patients, caring and help did not stop after we drove out of the dealership. I have been back twice with “how to" questions on operating the cars systems. Marcos would patiently hop in the passenger seat and walk me thru step by step and made sure I understood. If all car salesmen were like Marcos, there would never be another negative joke or thought about "vulture like"" salesmen again! When it comes time for our girls to start driving we will head to Star GMC and ONLY have Marcos help us. Now if he could throw in driving lessons too he would be a Saint! More
Oil Change Disasters And No Response I took my GMC Terrain to get its oil changed and tires rotated twice and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. Both times it took th I took my GMC Terrain to get its oil changed and tires rotated twice and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. Both times it took them over an hour and a half to complete! I figured the first time it was just because it was a busy day and there were a lot of customers in the waiting room but the second time it was after 5 p.m. and nobody else was there waiting but me. Then when they finally said my car was ready at closing time I went outside to find they didn't even put it through the car wash! They give you a form with your invoice to contact the service manager Mark Porcaro if you are not completely satisfied. I called him and left a voice message (anybody you try to talk to at Star will never pick up and you always have to leave a message) and it has been a little over a month now and he has never gotten back to me. I will never take any of my cars back there for service ever again and I will not buy any cars from them in the future. I am not the only person I know that has had problems with this dealership. Proceed with caution before you think about buying or maintaining your vehicles there. More

The best way I can describe our experience here is to quote their business model - "designed to eliminate much of the hassle traditionally associated with car sales". My husband and I found a truck here, and the experience was not only hassle free but pleasant. Marcos was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, professional and just a really nice guy! He made it all happen just the way we wanted! Thank you Marcos! The entire staff was very accommodating! Thank you STAR GMC. Great dealership! I recently just thought about trading my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for a newer GM truck because I really loved the new look of the Chevy and GMC. I I recently just thought about trading my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for a newer GM truck because I really loved the new look of the Chevy and GMC. I was sent out to Star car Buick and GMC of Easton by friend who has done business before with this dealership and always had a great review about them. I was told to ask for Marcos Nascimento and that he would take good care of me and give me a great offer on a newer truck. Well Marcos and the dealership gave me a great deal that I could not refuse! I am now currently driving a brand new GMC Sierra 1500 and its great looking truck! Extremely happy with everything and Marcos was extremely helpful! I strongly recommend you ask for him when visiting this dealership. You will not be disappointed I promise! Bunch of Lies I have no problems with the work that was done. My gripe is I was lied to by the Service Advisor, Manager, and even the clerk who took my money. I had a problem with a window that would not roll up. I realized the entire assembly had to be replaced. However, I was told it could be frayed cable, track, loose motor, locked motor, among others. The window went down and would not roll up as it shifted. I was able to shift back and operate the motor with ease. There was no cable or motor problem and I believe just an issue with over travel. I was told the motor froze and the entire assembly needed replacement. So, from the night before till I took it in, the motor froze. I received a new window regulator and 400 dollar bill. They left the trash in the back seat. I also requested the part but did not receive that either. Complained to service manager who played politician. Asked why they did not wash the vehicle and he noted they have problems with the wash. I told him when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they were washing others. Trend is they continued to lie. I have an exceedingly difficult time finding an honest dealer to get service. I will not ever return to STAR. More
