The prices & monthly payments they were coming back with were ridiculous. We ended up at STAR because of the inventory & they had the GMC Terrain we liked. We were literally in & out. They made us an offer on our trade that was higher than the other dealer & the monthly payments were lower by $200-300! Macros was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We will be going back for sure for another vehicle in the future. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was how poorly the vehicle was cleaned, we actually found cigarette ashes in the car, which is disappointing that someone was smoking in it. This has nothing to do with the salesman Marcos but that was the only negative we had! More

Eric was well versed through the negotiation process, and made this a very positive buying experience. He also mentored our daughter on the operation of the vehicle, particularly with "syncing" her I-phone to the blue-tooth components of the Verano, as well as incorporating her play list onto the Verano's Sound system (way too complicated for us). We would highly recommend Star to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, as their service dept. is also unsurpassed. (for the record, other vehicles that we have NOT purchased from Star, such as a Hyundai Sonata and a Honda Accord, are also brought to Star for service, as the dealerships for those vehicles were less than forthright with the service). In a nut-shell, we trust Star, and this trust has been in place for 13 years. More
