HAWK soars above the rest!!!!!!!! Yesterday my wife and myself came to STAR with the hopes of purchasing a newer used vehicle. We were originally interested in a GMC Terrain but after Yesterday my wife and myself came to STAR with the hopes of purchasing a newer used vehicle. We were originally interested in a GMC Terrain but after a test drive, my felt that it was not the best fit for her. Even before the test drive, Adam had obtained the details and specifications as to what we were looking for. Without hesitation, he knew immediately where to direct us and it turns out, that the 2nd vehicle we looked at, is the one we drove off the lot that day. Unlike many other dealerships, where the salesperson is overbearing and pushy, Adam was the exact opposite. He took all the information he could get from us, gave us our best options to fit, and let us make the decisions without feeling pressured or uncomfortable in the process. This was by far the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle and it was the most comfortable. We are both very pleased with the service, as well as the vehicle that we purchased, a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali. Again, a big thanks to HAWK for all his help and guidance during the process.
