I originally arrived at the dealership to take a look at the new 2020 GMCs. Curtis came out to me in and began asking what kind of vehicle I was looking at. He showed me a 2016 2500HD that caught my eye, bu the new 2020 GMCs. Curtis came out to me in and began asking what kind of vehicle I was looking at. He showed me a 2016 2500HD that caught my eye, but I really had no intentions of buying a truck. He gave me his info and I wound up returning the following day and meeting Adam. Adam sat down with me and explained everything to me upfront and we went out for a test drive. Upon making my decision to buy it, I came back to Star again and Adam got my financials all set to go. Both Adam and Curtis got me all set up with the new truck and and Adam even through in an extra warranty at no additional cost.
