I had to see the vehicle myself, so I went over the next day to take a look at it and Needless to say I haven't bought a car in over 8 Years so it's a lot to take in, but with Adam and his crew at STAR, it was a great experience and I would definitely buy another car from there and from Adam too! Entertaining my two boys and starting to work the deal with me the first night . He allowed me to leave with the truck and take it home and allow my wife to look at it. Adam was more than willing to take a phone call from me on his personal time that night and answer some questions me and my wife had. He also took the time to speak with my wife the next day and explain all of the pros of the GMC Sierra. My wife and I returned to the dealership on Saturday and we were greeted with a smile from Adam. He took us to see other options of vehicles that were in our price range but after looking at all of them my wife realized the GMC Sierra was the one for us. My wife and I appreciated him taking his time with us on that Saturday. He was never pushy like most salesman sometimes tend to be, he was very happy and willing to answer any questions we had. After we purchased the GMC Sierra he walked us through the entire Star Buick dealership and showed us the service area and explained all of the extras you get along with purchasing your vehicle. I must say the free car wash they offer is AWESOME!!! What dealership do you know that does that. They also offer free inspection which is a great advantage along with that they offer car service for those days when your vehicle needs service and you don't have time to wait. All we can say is that Adam and the staff were the best to deal with. If anyone asks me about purchasing a vehicle Star Buick will always be my suggestion. Thanks again I LOVE my new vehicle!!! More

We were introduced to Marcos Nascimento and we shared a buying experience that is unlike any we have had before. What a friendly environment. Not only is the dealership welcoming, every employee that we encountered greeted us with a smile and a hello. Marcos listened to what we needed and was able to find an automobile that fit my father's needs perfectly. He was attentive and thoroughly explained the options we had available. We found Marcos more than willing to accommodate us. It was a STRESS FREE experience and we thank Marcos for that. The car was ready when promised. We had some time constraints on the day of pickup but Marcos promised we would not be delayed. He kept his promise. Prior to leaving with the newly purchased automobile we were introduced to Keith Muir who personally thanked us for purchasing from Star. It meant a lot. We have purchased many a new automobile and this is the first time that someone other than the sales representative took the time to say thank you. Much appreciated Keith. Great first experience with Star Buick-GMC Having purchased only used cars for the past 20 years or so, I normally have mixed feelings about buying a car. I’m always excited about the prospect Having purchased only used cars for the past 20 years or so, I normally have mixed feelings about buying a car. I’m always excited about the prospect of owning a newer vehicle, but less than enthusiastic about the sales process and wondering what problems the car may have that the dealer may choose not to disclose. More times than not, I’ve come away from the process feeling that the dealer’s “best price” wasn’t really the best. Although I had stopped at Star Buick-GMC in the past, I hadn’t yet purchased a vehicle there. My overall experience was a very good one. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Adam Mihalko, who listened attentively as we described what we were looking for, and was patient as we moved from car to car, answering our questions and offering information about each vehicle. After we decided which car we wanted to pursue, we moved to my least favorite part of the process – the dreaded price negotiation. I mentioned to Adam that I don’t enjoy the “game”, and related a recent experience with another Lehigh Valley dealer whose “best price” wasn’t agreeable to us, and so we left disappointed, but with the understanding that it doesn’t always work out, and that’s OK. What really annoyed me was the call I received the next day asking me to come back in to discuss an “even better deal” than was offered previously. I was angry that they were willing to waste my time, and expected me to make another trip back to the dealership – needless to say, I didn’t go back. We discussed our offer with Adam, and he, in turn, relayed it to his management (John G. and Greg S.). As we fell a bit short of an agreeable price, we decided to leave and keep looking. Adam made another trip to his manager’s office and was able to help arrange the price we wanted. I appreciate that Adam acted on our behalf and respected the time investment we had made, and knew that we weren’t going to be back, even if a lower price was offered later. After the sale, Adam also took care of a minor issue with the car, which turned out to be nothing more than a blown fuse. As I mentioned, our experience with Adam and the folks at Star Buick-GMC was a very good one, and I will definitely consider buying from Star again. As I mentioned to Adam, if a dealer is honest with me and treats me fairly, I’ll likely be a return customer. I expect I’ll be back at Star again in the future. Walt C. More
