Greg was great in explaining the deal and the numbers. Mark sealed the deal with getting us a great rate. All of these individuals came together as a TEAM to get the job done. We were very, very close to signing a deal at a nearby dealership for a NEW CAR, but we chose to stay with Star for the used vehicle. Derrick stayed in constant contact with me via text as I was at the other dealership and talked me into coming back into Star. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Kings vs Wilkes My husband and I came into Star less than 2 weeks ago and met Adam. One of the first things we found out was that he went to Wilkes which was a rival of our college, Kings. Despite the fact that he was a Wilkes guy, we had a GREAT experience! :) From the beginning it was like buying a car from a college buddy. We came in looking to replace our mid-size truck so naturally we wanted to know about the Canyon. Adam was very accommodating and showed us the Canyon and took the time to understand what we were looking for. After talking through what we needed Adam showed us a Sierra with great rebates. It met all of our needs and actually hit the same price point we would have paid for the smaller truck. We are no longer a mid-size truck family, we have upgraded to the big one and we have Adam to thank. I can't say enough about what a laid back and great experience we had at Star.
