There was no high pressure sales. The sales representative: Adam Mihalko. He shared his knowledge, experience and spent time with us. We never felt pressured in any way. At that time, I was not yet ready for the purchase, but Adam still gave of his time. He gave me his business card and said when I was ready to give him a call. No pressure, No pestering... So, when I was ready I returned to Star Buick GMC and called Adam. He actually remembered me! He remembered what I was looking for and what we discussed. The rest as they say is history. Everyone was friendly and personable, without being the pushy typical salesperson. Adam Mihalko was by far the most down to earth salesperson we have ever dealt with. He made the negotiating, the handshake and the signing and delivering of my vehicle easy and fun. He was extremely accommodating and he genuinely cared about us.
