When we were ready to make our purchase, STAR Buick did not have the exact vehicle we were looking for but they were able to make a 'dealer trade' happen so that we could continue doing business with them rather than go out of our way to Doylestown to purchase our vehicle. The process was smooth and paperwork was not as much of a headache as I remember it being with previous vehicle purchases. Ryan Anderson assisted with the paperwork and he was great as well- just had a genuinely kind personality about him!
