Comfortable and effortless After having breakfast one morning we decided to ride through the lot at Star Buick to "look" at the Buick Lacrosse. We've only seen the car in TV adds and on the internet. After driving around for approximately 15 minutes we thought we should go inside and talk to a salesman. That's when our journey began. We were greeted by Adam. Everything that happened after that was a delightful experience. There was absolutely no pressure. Adam was very professional yet approachable. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. He dedicated the next 2 hours to our needs. His honesty is what ultimately made us make the decision to purchase the car. My Experience with the Purchase of a New Vehicle I went to Star GMC because I was interested in purchasing a new GMC Terrain and they happened to have the best selection in the area. We were fortunate enough to get Dave Patino as our Sales Person who was very knowledgeable and one of the nicest most sincere people I have experienced in my search for a new car. Dave went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. He spent a considerable amount of time with me throughout the sale making sure I was pleased with the deal. He also calls periodically to check in and make sure I am still satisfied. She took me out to the lot so I could compair the differences in the trucks I was intrestered in, she was very knowledgeable and helpfull that kind of team work is why I came back and bought with Star.
