'He sat with my father and i for hours going over everything dealing with the lease as well as going over everything in the car. Explaining how everything worked. He even walked us through the service centers and showed me where i would take my car when i need anything fixed or inspections. Never pressured! We came into the dealership just for pricing and information on leasing. We ended up leaving with a lease for a new Terrain. He is respectful, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to really listen to what YOU WANT. I just purchased my second car through him and as long as he remains at Star Car, I will never go anywhere else. My wife and I don't have a lot of money and don't have perfect credit. We have two kids so safety, and reliability are our main concerns. Marcos probably could have steered towards something more expensive and did him self a favor. But there is none of that in him. He gets you the car that is right for you! Never any pressure, he asks insightful questions to help you narrow down your options. I've never been more comfortable with a purchase, large or small.
