Couldn't be happier with my car buying experience Just closed the deal on a certified used 2013 GMC Terrain SLT for my wife yesterday. I could not be happier with my experience as a whole at Star Car Buick GMC Easton. I dealt with Marcos Nascimento 90% of the time and had some conversations with John Grello as well. Sometimes we dread going to the car dealership as much as the DMV, but I must say, Marcos and John made my experience as good as it could possibly be. Marcos is not your typical, pushy, salsey associate. He was knowledgeable, professional and an absolute joy to work with. He laid out all of our options for us and at no point tried to push anything on us. He recognized our vehicle needs as a couple and worked hard to get to where we needed to be. I truly feel that we got the very best deal we could have on this car and I never felt disrespected or "shafted". Between the bargaining and business conversation, we talked to Marcos about our personal lives and he made us feel very comfortable. It really felt like a business dinner with a friend rather than a trip to the dealership! Moving forward, I will always be coming back to Marcos for any of my vehicle needs and I recommend him to EVERYONE. John was also fantastic in our buying experience. We met some roadblocks along the way because of course everyone wants to "win" the deal, but John came out to reassure us that we were receiving the very best offer on our Terrain and I 100% believe him. He laid out every aspect of the process and figures clearly and was just as courteous, respectful and knowledgeable as Marcos. Overall my experience was enjoyable and Marcos/John were honest, fair and thorough. We will be getting our new Terrain serviced at Star and when I buy a vehicle for myself in the next couple years I will be heading back here and walking straight to Marcos' desk!
