I was very happy with the fact that we could do that! Over the 24 hours that we got to test drive we fell in love with the car! We signed the paperwork the next day which was quick and easy. They had everything ready for us! We spent no more than an hour and a half finalizing the details! My husband and I were very pleased!! We would absolutely recommend anyone to go to Star! Typical slimy cars sales people I'd put car sales people and politicians in the same boat........then sink it. Phony, liars and cheats. Very simple. We decided to walk. We presented a more then reasonable offer (slightly above their asking price to get it out the door tags etc) on a vehicle and got screwed around with till we left then they called us when a mile down the road and amazingly our lower then original offer was ok now for some reason. Total phony glad we left. Found a much nicer vehicle, cheaper and less mileage and was treated properly. Greedy is a terrible way be. Be fair and honest and descent to people and you will make more money in the long run. Quality will bring you quantity and a lot more money at the end of the day. Being a smug jerk will get ya nowhere.. More
