From the initial contact to leaving in my new truck, every team member that played a role in the experience was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, particularly Marcos, my salesman. He addressed any and all concerns I had from start to finish, and got me into my first brand new vehicle. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received. I test drove a GMC Canyon and left to consider more options. Prior to leaving I told Marcos that I would ask for him when I came back because there was absolutely no hassle or annoying sale pitch. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Approximately 45 days later I returned to Star Buick GMC and asked for Marcos. I asked to see a specific Sierra 1500 and took it for a test drive. Because of the professional way in which I was treated and the knowledgeable sales representative, I chose to purchase that particular vehicle. It was an amazing hassle free experience which I will gladly do again at Star Buick GMC when I am ready to buy again. More
