I had, for years, been a Ford customer, but became so frustrated with their corporate policies that I decided to give STAR a try. From the minute I walked in the door to my return visit, there was immediate response to my questions and/or concerns by James Burgert. Nothing was too much trouble. I gave Jim my financial parameters and he made it all become a reality. I so appreciated him showing me all of the interior workings - all those bells and whistles. I love my 2018 Terrain and will definitely return when my lease ends. Can't wait to show off my beautiful car and recommend STAR to everyone I know. I am one happy customer. Thank you for such a great team !!! More
