Great buying experience! Just purchased a new Cadillac from Frank Barry - he couldn't have been nicer to deal with. He had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived Just purchased a new Cadillac from Frank Barry - he couldn't have been nicer to deal with. He had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived to pick up our new vehicle. He spent over 2 hours with us going over all the bells and whistles on the truck - and immediately followed up with us the next day when we had a question. Fast friendly expierence I called spoke with Michael about a vehicle, he had the car ready when I got there with my name on the windshield. I was greeted at the door by a sale I called spoke with Michael about a vehicle, he had the car ready when I got there with my name on the windshield. I was greeted at the door by a sales person named Matt. Michael put me in touch with Jim for the test drive. when I was waiting for the paperwork to be processed I inquired about another vehicle, they switched the deal to a different car. Jim was an outstanding sales person, told me to take my time on the test drive to make sure it was a vehicle I wanted. He showed me complete respect he was awesome to deal with, if you go to Star for your car, I would recommend you ask for Jim as your sales person. More
