I came into this establishment and was upset because I didn’t receive the car I intended to get. I was told that it could be held for me and I traveled more than an hour. It was then sold 30 minutes befor didn’t receive the car I intended to get. I was told that it could be held for me and I traveled more than an hour. It was then sold 30 minutes before I was supposed to arrive and pay. Very unprofessional! The car dealer then recommended me a car that he thought I would like. While waiting for the car to arrive the car dealer stereotyped me and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I wasn’t sure what that had to do with receiving the car. I do in fact enjoy this car, BUT it was sold to me with the check engine light on. That could potentially be a problem in the future.. I probably wouldn’t recommend this establishment, unless someone asked about my license plate. It was Jasmeet Signh who helped me out by the way. He needs to learn how to socialize without offending others. More

When they didn’t know the answer, they didn’t try to wing it—they flat out said they didn’t know, and actually took the time to look it up! I’m fairly new to the Lehigh Valley, so we were at Ciocca Subaru and other dealerships before this place. They were all absurdly pushy (and kept calling 20+ times a day after). Having those horrible experiences first really makes us appreciate the service we got here from Luis and Joe. 100% recommend! You won’t find the luxury feel or hotel-like concierge service or even good coffee that you’ll find at other dealerships here, but they also won’t tack on the price of those things onto the price of the car! I received more money on my trade-in and over 3% less interest rate on my car here than I did at Ciocca...and trust me, Ciocca’s coffee ain’t nowhere near good enough to pass up the savings I got from Star Auto Mall! More
