Parvaz and Star Auto Mall 512 went above and beyond everything I could have thought of to make this purchase experience a pleasure and a great deal. And I was not very nice because of being so anxious everything I could have thought of to make this purchase experience a pleasure and a great deal. And I was not very nice because of being so anxious but they took care of the 2 mechanical things that my mechanic pointed out and got a spare truck tire for it also since there wasn't one. After the purchase when I went to pick up the spare tire I mentioned that the AM/FM in the radio did not work and they immediately said they would order one and put it in when it came. This was a couple weeks after the purchase was completed but it gets better. Then Covid hit before the radio came in and I forgot about the radio since I was listening to Sirius XM but they called me a little while after they got back to work and asked when I would like to schedule a time for them to put the new radio in. The whole experience was amazing and I got a great deal on exactly the truck I needed. More
